Jack Lesley Scantlin

Jack L. Scantlin, 83, of Boonville passed away March 5, 2024, at Ashley Manor Care Center.

Visitation for Jack will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday March 8 at Howard Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life following at 11:00 a.m. with David Purvis officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Jack Lesley Scantlin was born January 13, 1941, in Gasconade County, MO., the son of Orel Scantlin and Mildred Brown Scantlin. Jack married the love of his life Judith Leathers, and they had one daughter Teresa who he loved very much. He loved to cook, spend time with family and watch the Hallmark channel.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Orel and Mildred, wife Judy, sister, Geraldine, and niece Christy Craig. He leaves behind his daughter, Teresa (Steve) Gerke and grandsons, Mitchell (Keyta) Boggs, Jr of Armstrong, Justin (Samantha) Boggs of Bowling Green, Logan Boggs of Boonville and six great grandchildren.
