Phillip Keith Reid

Phillip Keith Reid, age 60, of Boonville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at The University of Missouri Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

No services will be held at this time per his request.

Phillip was born on September 1, 1963, in Columbia, Missouri, the son of Phillip Reid and Sharon (Denham) O'Bryan. Phillip attended school in Fulton, Missouri.

He had a heart of gold. He did not know a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back. He was a reliable, hardworking, “Jack-of-all-trades”; from building custom computer systems, to automotive mechanic work, he could do it all.

Phillip knew everyone and had many friends from the years of owning a local cab company, or by being a D.J for many weddings and get togethers. He was employed most recently at Nordyne Manufacturing where he retired from.

Phillip is survived by his children: Tim Felten of Boonville, Ashley Reid (Kyle Kniss) of Boonville, Bethany Schmitt (Chris) of Boonville; grandchildren: Hunter, Carter, and Kassidy Felten.

He was preceded in death by his parents Phillip Reid and Sharon O'Bryan; brothers, Malvin Reid and Sidney Reid.
