Jennifer Joanna Alberson

Jennifer J. Alberson, 34, of Glasgow passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Feb. 1, 2018 at Integris Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

Visitation for Jennifer will be 6 to 8 P.M. Wed. Feb. 7 at Howard Funeral Home in Boonville. Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Thurs. Feb. 8 at Howard Funeral Home with Chaplain Schoenhals officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Jennifer Joanna Alberson was born July 13, 1983 in Moberly, MO the daughter of Paul Alberson and Tamara Cerny. Jennifer loved to play games on the computer as she was the ‘hall monitor” on her favorite game, Dark Orbit. Not only could she master the games, but she could build and fix computers. She loved dirt track racing from an early age and loved to watch her brother Paul Jr. race. She loved her family and loved to spoil her nieces and nephews any chance she could. Jennifer didn’t know a stranger and had many friends she kept in contact with.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her daughter, Shi-Anne Renae Alberson on February 8, 2006, maternal grandmother, JoAnne Selby and Paternal grandmother, Bernice Alberson, one aunt and an uncle.  She is survived by her parents, Paul (Patty) Alberson, and Tamara (Bob) Cerny- Cordes. Also surviving are her fiancé, Jimmy Musgrove, Jr. of Oklahoma City, OK., brothers, Paul (Kim) Alberson, Jr. of Marshall, MO., Justin (Sydney) Alberson of Keyetsville, MO., Brian (Julie) Cordes of Boonville, Mo., Mike (Eva) Cordes of Minot, N.D., Michael Purnell of Jefferson City, MO., and sister, Melissa Alberson (David Emmons) of Blue Springs, MO., grandparents, Ted (Doris) Cerny of Marshall, MO., and Larry Alberson of Salisbury, MO.  Also surviving are her nieces and nephews, Haley, Hayden, Henry, Hyatt, Kevin, Chayson, River, Holly, Grant, Matthew, Makayla, Elena, Gage and a great-nephew, Easton.
