Marjorie Joan Fry was born July 11, 1930 in Bunceton, MO., the daughter of Martin King and Fannie Reinders King. She married Howard Fry on June 4, 1950 in Lone Elm. She was a lifelong member of the Zion Lutheran Church. After three months of living in Kansas City, MO., Marjorie and Howard yearned to move back home. The bought a house in Bunceton where they remained their entire married life of 64 ½ years and raised three children. Marjorie’s lifetime focus was a wonderful homemaker, wife and mother, in caring for all her family and maintaining her strong faith. She always showed her Christian faith in how she lived her life and in the treatment of others. She did spend some time after her children were older working part-time jobs. Marjorie found joy in so many things, some of them being; embroidering, cooking, baking, working in the garden, raising and planting flowers. In addition, she loved having all her family around her for special occasions. She always did all she could to help anyone. Marjorie never met a stranger and formed immediate, strong and heartfelt affectionate bonds with everyone she encountered throughout her life. Her generous, kind and loving spirit was always in everything she did. Marjorie’s life priority was taking care of her family and getting to spend as much time as possible and creating wonderful lifetime memories. She will live on in the hearts of all those who were blessed by knowing and loving her forever.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Howard, a son, Danny Ray Fry, her parents, Martin and Fannie King, brother-in-law/sister-in-law, Norman and Jannette Fry.
