Peggy Sue Jobe, 61, of Boonville passed away unexpectedly Monday morning April 23, 2018 at her home.
Visitation for Peggy will be 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday evening at Howard Funeral Home with a celebration of Life service to follow at 7 P.M.
Peggy Sue Jobe was born April 19, 1957 in Boonville, MO the daughter of Walter Hundley and Norma Allen Hundley. Peggy loved working and taking care of the kids in the lunchroom at Boonville High School and enjoyed working at her sister Beverly’s flower shop A-Bow-K. She loved working the counter, taking care of customers and making sure David and Larry had the deliveries out on time. Most of all Peggy was a dedicated mom, Nana, sister and aunt. She followed her grandkids in their endeavors and then kept up with all her nieces and nephews at the same time.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Mike, Jimmy and Joe Hundley. She is survived by her son, Matthew (Angela) Jobe of Windsor, Mo., daughters; Amanda (Mark) Muse of Lebanon, MO., and Jesse Jobe of Columbia, MO. Also surviving are her siblings, Larry (Donna) Hundley of Boonville, MO., Margaret (Dennis) Ridgwell of New Franklin, MO., Sharon Spoor of Boonville, MO., and Beverly (David) Purvis of Boonville, MO. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Jonathan Jobe, Bret Thompson, Caleb, Kaleigh and Caydan Muse and Jaxon Jobe.
