Robert Dale Allen

Robert Dale Allen, 78, of Boonville passed away peacefully Sunday, March 11, 2018 surrounded by his family at home.

As per Dale’s wishes, he was cremated, and no services are planned.

Robert Dale Allen was born August 10, 1939 in Lamine, MO the son of Robert L. Allen and Agnes Martin Allen. Dale attended Boonville High School. He married Jackie Rau in Boonville in 1958. Dale worked for over 30 years for Union Electric, now Ameren Missouri and retired at age 55. Dale loved the outdoors, you could find him cutting wood or always tinkering with something on the farm. He could build or fix anything. Dale loved to bale hay as he custom farmed for some people around the area. Dale loved to harass and pick on people, no matter who you were, he always had something to say. Most of all Dale will be remembered for his big heart and strong hands, he will be dearly missed by his family.

Robert Dale Allen was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Tracy Renee Cary, one brother and three sisters. He is survived by his wife Jackie of the home, Daughters, Shelly Adair-Keith of Wooldridge and Robin Allen of Boonville. He will be dearly missed by his, eight granddaughters, one grandson, one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter.
