Willard Earl Meyer

Willard Earl Meyer, 95, of Boonville passed away Thursday, April 26, 2017 in Cooper County, MO.

Visitation will for Earl will be 10 to 11 A.M. Saturday May 5 at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Celebration of Earl’s life will follow the visitation at 11 A.M.  Inurnment will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Howard Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Willard Earl Meyer was born August 23, 1922 the son of Elmer C. Meyer and Elsie Stumpf Meyer. He graduated Boonville High School in 1941. He was a wholesale Liquor salesman with Midstate Distributors for 39 years. In March 1993, he retired to the family farm in Cooper County to raise walnut trees as a hobby.

Willard is preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather Herman W. Meyer and sister, Alline. He is survived by his sister, Nadine Meyer of St. Louis, MO., and many cousins.

Memorials are suggested to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
