Carlos Cesar Tejeda

Carlos Cesar Tejeda, 35, of Boonville passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 10, 2022, at his home.

Visitation for Carlos will be held at Howard Funeral Home Monday, July 25, 2022, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. with Department of Correction Color Guard presenting honors at 6:00 p.m.

Carlos Cesar Tejeda was born August 28, 1986, in Fort Worth, Texas the son of Carlos Tejeda and Martha Tapia Olguin. Carlos worked at La Hacienda and Boonville Correctional Center. He enjoyed playing video games, especially call of duty, and watching family guy. Carlos loved to go to the gym and workout, he was a heavy weightlifter and was very good at it. Carlos never liked cats but the last cat named Sage they had he adored and nicknamed “Esha”. He was the best judge of character, always happy and had a great sense of humor. He loved to spend his Sundays with his family and all of his free time with his children. He accomplished his dream of becoming a corrections officer.

Carlos is survived by his parents Carlos Tejeda and Martha Tapia Olguin, significant other Samanthe Stone, son Donoven Tejeda, daughters Rylee, Rory, and Karla Tejeda and Kaile Blackwell, brother Alfredo Tapia Olguin, sisters Jennifer Torres, Sandra Tapia, Tanya Nava and Leslie Tapia. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews Brenda Tapia, Angel, Maria, Armando, Ana, and Guadalupe Garcia, Adrian, Jaime, Antonio, Karen, Fany, and Yeraldin Tapia and Kevin Nava.

Carlos Cesar Tejeda, de 35 años, de Boonville falleció inesperadamente domingo 10 de Julio del 2022 en su casa. El velorio de Carlos se llevará a cabo en Howard Funeral Home el lunes 25 de Julio del 2022, de 4:00-6:00pm con el Departamento de Corrección Color Guard presentando honores a las 6:00 p.m. Carlos Cesar Tejeda nació el 28 de Agosto del 1986 en Fort Worth, Texas, hijo de Carlos Tejeda y Martha Tapia Olguín. Carlos trabajó en el restaurante mexicano, La Hacienda y en el Centro Correccional de Boonville. Le gustaba jugar videojuegos, especialmente Call of Duty, y ver Family Guy. A Carlos le encantaba ir al gimnasio y hacer ejercicio, era levantador de pesas y era muy bueno en eso. A Carlos nunca le gustaron los gatos, pero el último gato llamado Sage que tuvieron lo adoraba y lo apodó "Esha". Era el mejor juez de carácter, siempre alegre y con un gran sentido del humor. Le encantaba pasar los domingos con su familia y todo su tiempo libre con sus hijos. En Agosto del 2021, llego a cumplir su sueño de convertirse en oficial de prisiones. A Carlos le sobreviven su madre Martha Tapia Olguin, su pareja Samanthe Stone, su hijo Donoven Tejeda, sus hijas Rylee, Rory y Karla Tejeda y Kaile Blackwell, su hermano Alfredo Tapia Olguin, sus hermanas Jennifer Torres, Sandra Tapia, Tanya Nava y Leslie Tapia. También deja atrás a sus sobrinas y sobrinos Brenda Tapia, Ángel, María, Armando, Ana y Guadalupe García, Adrián, Jaime, Antonio, Karen, Fany y Yeraldin Tapia y Kevin Nava.
