Debra Elaine (Wiser) Serck

Debra Elaine Serck, 67, of Boonville passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.

Visitation for Debra will be held at Howard Funeral Home Wednesday, March 23, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Zion Lutheran Church in Lone Elm beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Paul Weisenborn officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. 

Debra Elaine Serck was born August 26, 1954, in Boonville, the daughter of Linn and Ethel (Brizendine) Wiser. She married Stanley Serck July 2, 2005. Debra worked many jobs throughout her life including Kemper Military School, Boonville Daily News, Mid-Missouri printing and worked for various realtors. She enjoyed spending time outside in her flower garden, traveling and going out to eat. Debra’s favorite time was spent with her family and being a Nana to her grandchildren.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Jerry Wiser, Larry Wiser, Ray Wiser, and Tex Wiser, sisters Joyce Ellis and Joann Schooler. She is survived by her husband Stan of the home, son Seth (Patricia) Bailey, daughter Christa (Jeff) Wilmsmeyer, brothers Ricky and Roy Wiser, sisters Emily Peterman and Patricia Delius, and sisters-in-law Martha and Sally Wiser. She also leaves behind grandchildren Clayton and Connor Wilmsmeyer, Margaret, Jackson, and Theodore Bailey and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Memorial Contributions are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church or School or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
