Gerald Lyle Dicus

Gerald Lyle Dicus, 77, of Bunceton passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 20,2021 at his home.

Visitation for Gerald will be Monday, May 24, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Bunceton Federated Church. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Scott Ehrlich Burial will follow in Bunceton Masonic Cemetery.

Gerald Lyle Dicus was born June 20, 1943 in Boonville, MO., the son of George Dicus and Willmarie (Wendleton) Dicus. Gerald graduated from Bunceton High School in 1961 and from CMSU in 1965. He married Barbara (Gerhardt) August 20, 1966. They went on to have two children, Christa (Travis) Burnett of Bunceton and Brett (Michelle) Dicus of Boonville. He was a member of the Bunceton Federated Church and Wallace Lodge #456.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, two children, brothers Don Dicus and Bill (Lana) Dicus and sister-in-law Debbie Woods. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Taylor and Jason Burnett and Boone and Miller Dicus.
