Heather Graff-Sullard, 45, of Prairie Home passed away Saturday evening February 19, 2022, at University Hospital in Columbia.
Visitation for Heather will be 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. Saturday February 26 at Moniteau Advent Church, with a Celebration of Life Starting at 11:00 A.M. Family will have a private inurnment.
Heather Dawn Graff-Sullard was born February 10, 1977 in Jefferson City, MO., the daughter of Warren and Wanda (Medlin) Graff. She graduated Prairie Home High School in 1995. Heather was on the Prairie Home Fair Board, President of the Prairie Home Booster Club, and a member of the Moniteau Advent Church. She loved working on the farm and tending to the livestock. She loved spending time with her children and loved to Barrell Race with her daughter Avery. Heather will be missed for her smile and her kind heart.
Heather is survived by her parents, Warren and Wanda Graff of Prairie Home, MO., Special friend Jason Oser of New Franklin, MO., Son, Ty (Ashton) Stinson of Boonville, MO., Daughters, Kendra (Clinton) Mitchell and Avery Sullard both of Prairie Home, MO., grandson, Jace Mitchell, sisters, Holly (Pat) Twenter of Boonville, MO., and Hilary (Andrew) Erickson of Blue Springs, MO. Also surviving are her nieces, Ashlyn Twenter, Meredith Cole, nephews, Brendan and Chandler Twenter and Samuel Cole.
