Lea Ann Bulen, 65, of Boonville passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 6, 2022, in Columbia, MO.

Visitation celebrating Lea Ann’s life will be 10:00 to 11:30 A.M. Saturday April 16 at Howard Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to gather at the Eagles Arie #1022 from Noon until 3:00 P.M. following the celebration of life.

Lea Ann Bulen was born November 24, 1956, in Kansas City, MO., the daughter of Charles Bulen, Sr. and Judith May Wilson. She graduated from Bunceton High School and worked for the Boonville Correctional Center. She cherished her family and loved her friends dearly, spending all of the time she could with them. She will be remembered for her frequent trips to The Dollar Tree and to Sonic for Ice Waters with “lots of ice.” Lea Ann was an animal lover and will be missed her fur babies, Bart and Lily.

Lea Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Charles, Sr. and Judith, and brother, Bobby. She is survived by her daughter, Meagan (Tyler) Imhoff of Boonville, MO., brothers, Charlie Bulen, of Kansas City, MO., Terry Bulen of Boonville, MO., Nathan Bulen of Kansas City, MO., sister, Brenda Thurman of Bunceton, MO., Carlena Mitchell of Boonville, MO., and Ruby Schoen of Marshall, MO. Also surviving are grandchildren, Kielann Sapp and Karver Imhoff, and numerous nieces and nephews.
