Lucas Bressler

Lucas Bressler, 33 of New Franklin passed away Friday morning July 24, 2020 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia surrounded by family and passed away peacefully.

Visitation for Lucas will be 6 to 7 P.M. Wednesday July 29 at Howard Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life following the visitation at 7 P.M. with Gary Humphrey officiating.

Lucas Bressler was born April 27, 1987 in Columbia, MO. He graduated New Franklin High School in 2005. You could find Lucas fishing in his spare time as he had a passion for fishing. Lucas loved to cook, you  would consider him a chef with the delicious meals he would prepare.  Lucas was always a giving person in life and in death for he was a donor and gave his organs and tissue so others could live on through him and for this he will always and forever be a hero.

Lucas was preceded in death by grandpa Jesse W. Brown and uncle Dean Brown. Lucas is survived by his mom, Penny (Darryl) Suchomel of Boonville, MO., brother, Nathan Gerlt of Fayette, MO., Granny Pat Brown of Boonville and Pa-Pa Tall Paul Gentry of New Franklin, MO. Aunts, Janine (Tim) Erman of Marshalltown, IA. and Shari (Gilbert) Humphrey of Mexico, MO. Lucas will be dearly missed by his cat Charlie, family and cherished friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Howard Funeral Home in memory of Lucas.
