Martha Katherine Redden, 72, of Boonville passed away Saturday August 29, 2020 at University Hospital in Columbia.
Visitation for Martha will be Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., at Howard Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life to Follow at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment to follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in New Franklin, Missouri.
Martha Katherine Redden was born December 23, 1947 the daughter of Nearis Gaines and Zula Hook Browning. She married Donald Lee Redden March 14, 1969. Martha enjoyed playing cards and making holiday candy especially during Christmas, her favorite holiday. She also enjoyed watching westerns shows in her free time. She loved her family the most, she spent most of her time visiting with her brothers and sisters and playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was very family oriented, when her children were younger, she would take them to Cardinals and Royals games, Worlds of Fun, or Disney World. Martha would also have a family get together for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday mornings and she would cook a huge meal. She was loved by so many and will be missed by all.
Martha is preceded in death by her parents Nearis and Zula Browning, husband Donald Redden, daughter Regina Redden, sisters Lula Brownly and Betty Smith, and brothers Nearis Browning, John Browning, and James Browning. She is survived by her son Kevin (Kim) Redden, and Donald Redden Jr. brothers Delbert (Sandra) Browning of Boonville and Ralph Browning of Boonville, sisters Mary Brewer of Fulton, and Daisy (Frank) Warmbrodt of Wooldridge, sister in laws Ruth Browning and Lynn Browning, grandchildren Collin Redden, Abigail (Alexander) Williams, Emma Redden, Owen Redden, and Raylee Redden, and great grandchildren Emersynn and Tucker Lee Williams.
