Michael R. Knox, 48, of Jamestown passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning August 7, 2021, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Jefferson City, MO.

A visitation celebrating Michael’s life will be Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Howard Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Michael Ray Knox was born March 22, 1973, in Boonville, MO., the son of Kenneth Knox and Pamela Hicks Knox. He married Rhonda Bishop on September 25, 2000, in Wooldridge, MO. Michael loved to work on his ole truck, build models and going to car shows. He enjoyed nature and being outside. He was the BBQ king and would BBQ year around. He was a big kid at heart and will be missed by his family, especially his grandchildren.

Michael is survived by his wife Rhonda of the home, son, Joseph Knox of Columbia, MO., daughters, Elizabeth (Wade) Frieling of Tipton, MO., and Lauren Knox of Jamestown, MO., his parents, Kenneth and Pamela Knox of Prairie Home, MO. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Gracelyn, Caleb, William, Ezra Frieling and Skyyler Knox.
