Patricia Ann (Mallory) Brown

Patricia A. Brown, 82, of Boonville passed away Thursday April 18, 2024, at University Hospital in Columbia.

A graveside service for Pat will be at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday April 25 at Clarks Chapel Cemetery in Franklin, MO. with Pastor Gary Humphrey officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Howard Funeral Home

Patricia Ann Brown was born in Cooper County, MO., on August 11, 1941, the daughter of James Robert Mallory and Anna Mae Gray Mallory. She married Jesse Brown on December 24, 1959, at Bible Baptist Church in New Franklin, MO. Patricia was an avid reader an in her younger years she worked as a librarian for the New Franklin Public Schools. She loved to garden and raise all kinds of different plants. She spent many hours caring for wildlife babies and loved all animals that would venture into her backyard. Her two cats, Boots and Si will miss her greatly. All who knew Patricia knew she was a very private person. She will be missed by those closest to her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents James and Anna Mae, husband, Jesse, son, Jesse Dean and her brothers, Alfred, Russell, and Gerald Mallory and sisters, Catherine, Iona (Dolly) and Lorene Mallory. She is survived by her daughters, Janine (Tim) Erman of St. Louis, MO., Shari (Gilbert) Humphrey of Mexico, MO., and Penny (Darryl) Suchomel of Boonville, MO. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and seven plus one on the way in October great-grandchildren.
