Patricia Lorraine (Gipson) Imhoff, 87, of Boonville passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Katy Manor Nursing Home in Pilot Grove.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 8 at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. to Mass time with a Rosary being recited at 9:15 A.M. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Patricia Lorraine Imhoff was born at home on July 17, 1934, in Crane, MO., to the late Grandville Franklin (Muss) Gipson and Flossie Alice (Hilton) Gipson. She graduated from Crane High School in 1952. She married Albert Leo Imhoff on October 20, 1954, in Woodstock, Illinois. She was a member of S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She had various jobs, but lastly at Julie’s Boutique which she enjoyed. She loved to travel, especially to Israel, Jordan, Hawaii and taking cruises with her children and grandchildren. Patricia enjoyed watching birds and loved to fish in international waters.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Albert Imhoff, parents, four sisters, Inez McManus, Maxie Smart, Phyllis Biggs, Ruth B. DeWitt and their spouses, two brothers, Joe Gipson and Charlie Gipson and their spouses, and granddaughter, Elizabeth Bruce. She is survived by her four sons, Russell (Cheryl), Anthony (Michele), Philip (Lori) and Danny Joe (Deana) all of Boonville, MO., and daughter, Ruth Ann (Charlie) Bruce of Kansas City, MO. She will be missed by her eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
