Robert Phillip Herigon

Robert “Bob” Phillip Herigon, 75, of Boonville passed away at University Hospital Tuesday August 25, 2020.

Graveside services will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery Saturday August 29, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Gene McCoy officiating.

Robert Phillip Herigon was born on September 14, 1944 in Boonville, Missouri to Phillip and Mary Herigon and was a life-long resident of Boonville. Bob was a business owner of gas stations and convenience stores in Boonville, raised cattle and in the later years became an auctioneer and called sales several livestock auction barns and public auction sales. Bob attended and graduated from Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Boonville. Bob will be remembered as a friendly and fun-loving man who enjoyed playing cards, dancing, and spending time with friends.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Ernie, Clarence, and Donnie Herigon, sister Eleanor Herigon and son Alan Herigon. He is survived by his wife Portia of the home, a daughter, six siblings Eugene Herigon, Josephine Wolken, Ann Gasperson , Florence Weber, Irene Wolz, and Mary Jane Gudde, step daughter Michelle Fedl, step son Tom Fedl and his wife Tracey, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and extended family.
