Ronnie A. Farris, 70, of New Franklin, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, November 29th, at Truman Medical Center Hospital Hill in Kansas City, Missouri.
Graveside Services will be held at Sulphur Springs Cemetery Saturday, December 5th at 11 am., with Rev. Wayne Purvis officiating. To protect friends and loved ones, the family asks that you please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Ronnie Farris was born in Higginsville, Missouri, on February 11, 1950, the son of Frank Lester Farris and Pencie Gladys Childers. Ronnie enjoyed the simple pleasures of life; fishing along the Missouri River, watching and re-watching every western movie he could find, cheering on his favorite baseball team, playing cards, and telling jokes around the kitchen table.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife Cora Lee Farris, his father Frank Lester Farris, and his mother, Pencie Gladys Childers (Shaw). He is survived by his sons Scott Farris, Joe Farris, and Timothy Farris, and by his daughter, Becky Farmer. He will also be remembered by his thirteen grandchildren, as well as his many friends and family.
