Terry Alan Larson was born April 13, 1964, in Aberdeen, South Dakota, the son of James and Patricia Larson (Tollefson). Terry graduated from Aberdeen High School. He married his best friend, Shanon Kosnopfal (Walje) September 13, 2014, in Sunrise Beach, Missouri. Terry pursued his education in laboratory science and earned his degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. He worked at Cooper County Memorial Hospital for many years as well as Boyce and Bynum Laboratories as a laboratory manager and supervisor. He enjoyed solving the mysteries that clinical labs presented. In addition, Terry had many friends from across the medical and laboratory communities. Terry also enjoyed anything outdoors, hunting, riding ATVs and even just getting away from town and spending time with the family. At the same time, he was extremely driven and liked to stay busy with a project. Terry loved construction, building and remodeling; he remodeled almost every room in his home. He was a good friend to many and was eager to help whenever he could. He loved his coffee, a good beer and an occasional nap if he had time to fit one in. Terry loved his family above all else and enjoyed every minute he had with them. He was loved and will be dearly missed.
Terry is preceded in death by his father James Larson. He is survived by his wife Shanon Larson of Boonville, mother Patricia Larson of Sierra Vista, sons Spencer Larson of Springfield, Christian Kosnopfal and his fiancé Megan Kammerich of Columbia, Kaullin Kosnopfal of Boonville, daughter Ashley Criado and her husband Visente, of Fort Worth, grandson Alexander Beck, brothers Todd Larson of Aberdeen, Chad Larson of Sedalia, and in-laws Duane and Carolyn Walje of Otterville.
