William Robert "Bobby" Brizendine

William Robert “Bobby” Brizendine, 74, of Bunceton, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at his home. He was born on August 21, 1951, in Cooper County, Missouri, the son of Leonard and Katherine (Strickfaden) Brizendine.

A Visitation will be held from 10:00 am – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at Howard Funeral Home with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Bunceton Masonic Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Hospice Compassus.

Bobby graduated from Prairie Home High School. He was a paver for Apac and previous to that he worked at Fuqua Homes.

Bobby enjoyed coyote hunting and fishing, watching the squirrels, also watching wrestling and westerns on television, especially Gunsmoke. His favorite pastime was spending it with family.

He is survived by his children: Kelly Terrell of Jamestown, Carla Fairfax of Bunceton, Jimmy Terrell, Bryan Terrell of Greenridge; siblings: Dorothy Maddex of Bunceton, Helen Elliot, James Brizendine, of Boonville, Kenneth Brizendine of Bunceton; grandchildren: Christopher Arnold, John Arnold, Maddie Kempf, Braxton Kempf, Kaitlin Terrell; and 7 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Leonard and Katherine Brizendine; brothers and sisters: Ralph Brizendine, Frank Brizendine, Wilbur Brizendine, Loretta Reeves, Ruby Freeze and his life partner, Nora Terrell.
